Sharonlee Strahan Villas offer comfortable self contained accommodation apartments located in Strahan Tasmania, on the edge of Tasmania’s wilderness, and is your ideal base for exploring Tasmania’s rugged and pristine West Coast region.

A ground floor one bedroom self contained villa with a queen bed in the bedroom, separate bathroom with shower  over the bath,  kitchen, dining and lounge area, climate controlled heating/cooling, electric blanket and linen, carport and outdoor dining setting, surrounded by  magnolia trees. Sleeps maximum 2 persons.

Two Bedroom Double Bed Villa

A ground floor two bedroom self contained villa with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the 2nd bedroom, separate bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, dining and lounge area,  heating, electric blankets and linen supplied, carport and outdoor dining setting. Rates are for 2 people and an extra charge applies for additional guests.

Two  Bedroom Queen Bed Villa

A ground floor two bedroom self contained villa with a queen bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the 2nd bedroom, separate bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, dining and lounge area,  heating, electric blankets and linen supplied, carport and outdoor dining setting. Rates are for 2 people and an extra charge applies for additional guests.

A ground floor two bedroom self contained family villa with a queen bed in one bedroom and three single beds and a single divan bed in the 2nd bedroom, separate bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, dining and lounge area, climate controlled heating/cooling, electric blankets and linen supplied, carport and outdoor dining setting. Rates are for 4 persons and an extra charge applies for additional guests.

Did you know that Sharonlee Strahan Villas is built on the original Tasmanian Government Railway Yards of West Strahan? The original turntable housed on the railway years and built in 1892 was donated to the West Coast Wilderness Railway, since being restored and now in regular use at Regatta Point Station.

Thank you LIndon for sharing this old photo of the railway station and a ship at the wharf at Regatta Point in the 1930’s. Strahan was certainly a busy town, having the only workable port on the West Coast where the ore was brought down from Mt Lyell in Queenstown via the Abt Railway and shipped out from Regatta Point.
